Refund Policy

If the 21-Night Subconscious Reset ($17) is not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The Reset includes 30 days of the full Dream Decoder. After that, the Decoder continues at $9 per month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid month. Monthly charges already made are not refunded except where required by law, or where we made a billing error.

The audio affirmation ($12) is made to order. It is refundable until it has been sent to you; once delivered, it is refundable only if it is defective or not what was described.

• Email [email protected] from the address you used to pay, or include it in the message.
• Tell us which purchase — the Reset, the Decoder or the audio.
• We confirm within two working days and issue the refund straight away.

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank — we will almost always be faster. Repeated chargebacks after a refund has been issued may result in the account being closed.
